shipping policy

we ship from the european union and the united states.

eu-bound and uk-bound orders ship from our manufacturing partner's
facility in latvia. us-bound orders ship from a us-based warehouse
for faster delivery to north american customers.

we currently ship to the united kingdom, the european union,
and the united states.

processing time

orders are processed within 2 working days of being placed.
during sales periods or product launches, processing may take
up to 4 working days. you'll receive a confirmation email with
tracking once your order leaves our facility.

delivery times

united kingdom — 5 to 8 working days from dispatch
european union — 4 to 9 working days from dispatch
united states — 3 to 7 working days from dispatch

these are estimates. actual delivery may vary depending on
the destination country, local couriers, and customs processing.

shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight
and destination.

tracking

every order ships with full tracking. you'll receive a tracking
number by email once your order has been dispatched. tracking
information is updated within 24 hours.

if your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 working days
after dispatch, please email us at hello@gyeol.com and we'll
investigate.

customs, duties and taxes — uk and eu

uk customers — gyeol. is shipped from the eu. orders under
£135 have any applicable import vat handled at point of sale,
included in the price you see at checkout. you should not be
charged additional duties on delivery.

eu customers — orders within the european union are not subject
to customs duties or additional vat at delivery.

us customers — gyeol. ships from a us warehouse where possible,
so no import duties apply. for any items shipped internationally,
the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may
apply at the border, though this is rare for skincare under
$800 in value.

undelivered or returned packages

if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address,
refused delivery, or failure to collect, we'll contact you to
arrange redelivery. redelivery costs will be the customer's
responsibility.

please double-check your shipping address before placing your
order. we cannot redirect a package once it has been dispatched.

lost or damaged orders

in the rare event your order arrives damaged, please email us
at contact@orvu.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos of
the damage. we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

if a tracked package is marked as delivered but you haven't
received it, please check with neighbours and your local
delivery office before contacting us. we'll then open a claim
with the courier.
